My first "real" cosplay that I've done in a long time (at least 3 years.....) Here is my Angel Lily cosplay from Wedding Peach. The overdress was constructed very similar to my tudor gown (connected bodice and overskirt.) The front hooks up with hidden hooks and eyes and ties with four ribbons and the trim along the neck and sleeves was all embrodiered by hand. The underskirt uses a forepart-type idea (being only the front panel has ruffles.) I'm not all too thrilled with the hat, but it works.
